Estate Valuations Pty Ltd was established as a sole practice by Kristian Nguyen and has grown to the extent where we now have key specialist Valuers who engage in the valuation of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Special Premises and Development site assets.

Kristian Nguyen FAPI (Director) has been a practising valuer since 2000 and is a widely experienced valuer in all types of commercial and industrial property types and with specific development site feasibility experience. He provides a significant teaching role, imparting his years of experience to the technical and support team. Our Valuers are engaged in full time commercial valuations and all are Registered with the Department of Fair Trading and current members of the Australian Property Institute (API).

The practice is Sydney based (offices in Bankstown and Baulkham Hills) and is confined substantially to the Sydney metropolitan area but travels as far afield as to the Southern Highlands (to the outer south) and the Blue Mountains (to the west). We currently provide specialist commercial/development valuations for various major Banks together with an extensive clientele of Legal, Strata and Accounting firms.

Estate Valuations is accredited  with the following major Bank Panels:

  • St George Bank
  • Westpac
  • Commonwealth Bank  
  • National Australia Bank

With regard to the general services provided, the practice is experienced in all forms of residential, mortgagee in possession, commercial, industrial, development feasibility, strata insurance and specialized premises (including child care and service station assets).

The Practice holds Professional Indemnity insurance cover and a copy of the Certificate of Currency is available on request.

Kristian commenced valuation practise in 2000 and is widely experienced in all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties with a specialisation in development (residential and mixed use) feasibility analysis. Has experience throughout metropolitan Sydney and other regional areas but with a keen interest within the western Sydney markets.

Ray commenced valuation practise in 1998 and has been employed at Estate Valuations since 2014. He specialises in the valuation of significant residential and mixed use development projects. He is a widely experienced operative and has undertaken valuations throughout metropolitan Sydney and other regional areas. Prior to joining the Practice, Ray was employed with a national valuation firm and undertook valuations of large scale development projects for major Lenders and key Developers.

Anh has been involved in various property roles following her graduation and has been employed at Estate Valuations since 2015. She is a widely experienced operative and specialises in all types of commercial valuations and with specific development site feasibility experience. She manages the day to day running of the practice and is the point of contact for all development valuation enquiries and allocates the work to the valuers and maintains the work flow. She also has a key teaching role mentoring the junior valuers and support team.

Kifah commenced valuation practise in 2003 and is widely experienced in all types of residential, commercial and industrial properties together with compulsory acquisition and compensation and with sound exposure in the litigation process. He was previously a Valuation Risk Manager for Australia’s leading mortgage insurer, with strong knowledge in valuation risk management, market risk analysis and the mitigation of credit risk within the lending industry. Kifah has been employed in both the private and public sectors.
